Josie

Suddenly the doorbell rang, and Nikki listened to her moms voice as she went to open it.
"Ah, Sasha, you're here. And little Josie too, hello both of you. Shall we leave then? I'll just call Nikki"
She heaved herself off the couch and went to the door.
I'm here. Hi Josie"
"Hey Nikki" replied Josie. She was the same age as Nikki, but blonde. She was about the same weight as well, perhaps slightly heavier, but she was shorter too. Hence she was quite a plump child for her age, with a large, round belly poking out from under her top.
The four of them got in the car and drove to the park, parked and got out. It was a sunny day but the park was nearly empty, so they began walking up the hill. After twenty metres Nikki was puffing for breath. She was, as stated before, incredibly unfit.
"Mom, I'm tired"
"Nikki darling, we've barely started!"
"But I'm tired!" she moaned.
"Fine" as usual, her mom relented "if I give you something to eat, will you walk?"
"Yeah!"
"Here you go then" she said, taking out a sandwich "Eat that"
