Wendy waddled in her bedroom she shared with Wanda and took her blanket and placed some stuffed animals on them. Wanda jumped on her bed lying on her belly waving a little with her feet in the air.
"Wanda if you wanna to play pretend you also need help to carry some stuff."
"I know. I'm just thinking what we can play pretend. Then i know what stuff to take."
"Well how about mommy and daddy?"
" It's no fun just with us two. We need someone to be the baby and besides that we're both girls."
"Well i once saw on T.V how two women lived together with a child (with six years old Wendy did't knew you can adopt a child)."
"That can't be. You can't make kids with only two women." Wanda said stubborn and crawled under her blanket."
Wendy snapped her fingers. Well actually she made a movement with her fingers and made a clicking sound with her tongue since she did't knew how to snap with her fingers yet.
"We can pretend to be moles!"
"Explain please?"
"We take all blankets and put them on the floor and the we can crawl under them like under the ground and we can also crawl under the bench or under the table"
"Well is sounds like fun. But we only have two blankets."
"We can take the blanket from mommy and daddy's bed and that one from the guest room and i mommy had some in a closet."
"All right i think that's enough. You grab my blanket and your own and i grab the blanket from mommy and daddy."
A few minutes later the whole living room was covered with blankets. Wendy and Wanda covered every piece of the floor with blankets. They also put blankets at the side of the benches and table so you could crawl under them without coming out.
Wendy was lying under the table.
"Where are you?" Wanda asked looking for her sister.
"I'm here!" She said and fast crawled away in another direction.
"Wendy, Wanda what are you doing?" Their mother asked who suddenly walked in.
Wendy and Wanda crawled from under some blankets and looked up at their mother. She did't seem angry but had a little strange look since she did't understand what was going on or why all blankets were lying on the floor.
"We pretend to be moles underground." Wendy said. "You told us too play."
"We wanted too play in the living room since it's warmer here."
Their mother smiled.
"I understand but after you done playing put the blankets back were the came from?"
"All right mommy."
"Oh i almost forget. I have made some apple pie. Are there here two hungry girls who would like a piece?"
Wendy and Wanda got up and screamed: "Me! Me! Me!"
"Okay Come on and we get you two some."
In the kitchen she cut off two pieces of pie and covered them with whipped cream.
"Here one for Wanda."
"I'm Wendy mom!" Her mother looked in the green eyes of her daughter.
"Sorry. One for Wendy and one for Wanda."
She handed them both a plate with a piece of pie and whipped cream an a glass coke.
Her two daughters happily started eating.
