You have him die elaborately and in a way that ...

You scribble a few things down in your notebook and watch your work take effect.

A passing truck, being driven by a woman, of course, swerves off the road and hits into a billboard. The driver gets out, she's fine, and so is the truck, but the billboard is wobbling and immediately falls in the other direction, aiming directly for the leader of the the "goons." It kills him and him alone. In an attempt to help his now bloodied friend, one of the goons leans down and touches his leader, causing some lewd pictures of women to spill out of his pockets. Behind the pictures is quite a different and more shocking picture. IIt's a picture of a bloody corpse. Well, there's that evidence they needed. Before the friend can hide the picture, he gets an angry tap on the shoulder by the judge who originally let him loose.
