Carla is deceptively good at what she does, given how easily she is able to hide the aftermath of her prey. You've heard all too many stories of people who have taken a trip inside of her and never lived to tell the tale. She has a death trap of a belly, one you hope you'll never have to visit.

As you're caught zoning out, you realize you're staring right at her. Carla notices, as she turns right at you, locks your eyes with hers, and gives you an awkward, semi glare of a stare down in return. What do you do?
