Haven City. Once a city ruled by the oppressive Baron Praxis, this fortified metropolis was currently experiencing a fruitful golden age. Ever since the final battle with Cyber-Errol and the Dark Makers, things had finally calmed down. Though as for what happened to Daxter, he and his girlfriend Tess, who had become an Ottsel just like him courtesy of the Precursors, were continuing their relationship.
Fortunately with some help, Daxter and Tess managed to repair the Naughty Ottsel sign back to it's original state, back when it didn't receive a missile to the face, of course. However, they both bought themselves a decent-sized apartment within the New Haven District to live in, despite their small physique.
Thankfully, just to help his girlfriend out, Daxter aided Tess in adjusting to her new Ottsel body. After all, he had went through the exact same experience as her, minus the part where he was screaming his own head off upon seeing what had become of him for the first time. But as Tess was done cooking dinner, she was heading into the bedroom, only to see Daxter...
