A mysterious TF virus hits Springfield..

One day a mysterious transformation virus began spreading through the town of Springfield. No one knows where it came from, maybe Kang and Kodos have something to do with it or perhaps it's a creation of Mr Burns in his old germ warfare lab. Whatever caused it the virus is here and now it is spreading and causing people all over town to change in ways they never imagined.

Who is the person with the virus that the story should focus on at first?
