Julie eats her usual breakfast, toast and muffins, and checks herself in the mirror again. Everything needs to be just perfect, she's going for a job interview.
She has graduated in Film Studies, and today, is interviewing at the biggest TV studio in town - in fact, it could well be the biggest in the country.
After checking and double-checking her curriculum vitae and demonstration tapes ("This one I directed, this one I did the set design, this one I had a bit part ...") she says "bye" to her family, who wish her good luck, and runs to her convertible.
She reaches the studio and sighs in sheer awe. It's the biggest, most beautiful place she has ever seen. To think - if all went well now, she might one day call this place "MINE" - "my workplace"!
She goes up in the elevator to the third floor.
As she steps out of the elevator, the man who is to interview her steps out of his office, directly facing the elevator.
He points at her and says - "That one! That's the perfect one! Oh, who owns that Collie? That's LASSIE to the life, sign her up now!"
