The bear dragged you inside while you were unconscience. He is close enough for you to smell his slightly rank odor, and as you look up, you can see his rear end in the dark room off the main area.
The bear places part of his body on you, pinning you to the floor but not hard enough (yet) to hurt you and says:
"I don't want to have to kill and eat you but I can offer you some choices. Either I will do that, I will have sex with you, or give you a third choice. I won't tell youthe last is, but I won't kill you."
You eyes have now adjusted as much as possible to the gloom and you can see his large penis emerging from its sheath. On it, you see a number of large barbs that prevent its withdrawl before the bear ejaculates. They all point back along the length of his pink/gray organ, allowing it easy enrty but a problematic exit.
The bear waits for a minute and says "You should hurry or I'll rape you then eat you without killing you."
