After he left the dietitian's office near the campus, John became worried. He walked in a brisk pace and thought of all the possible explanations for his rapid weight gain. 'Maybe it's the food here, it may have a lot of calories.' he thought.
He went through corridor after corridor trying to get back to his room and think. Just then as he went right to the dorm rooms, he saw the rude girl he met on the elevator talking on her cell and turned back around, his back was against the wall and listened to what she was saying. "It's Jessica, yeah listen something weird is happening in this school and i just want out." she paused. "Well not because the guys are geeky and nerdy, but because something just attacked me the other day when i was invited to a party near the woods." she paused again. "I don't know! i didn't see it but one thing was for sure, it smelled like greasy fast food." John squinted. "I swear to god I'm not making it up." suddenly John heard a sound that meant the signal was gone. Jessica as the girl was called cursed out loud and headed quickly towards the other direction.
John shrugged at what was going on. He didn't wanted to know what was wrong and couldn't care less, she was rude and mean. He then went to his room and went on his computer. He got e-mails coming saying that the meteor he took a picture was getting verified by the government. He came across one that said "it's composed of combine lipids and cellulite of unusual levels." he frowned. He wasn't getting any positive feedback, they were all saying it was nothing. As John continued to surf the net for hours, the day grew hot and he was sweating profusely.
There was heavy knocking on the door, getting up he opened the door immediately. It was that mean girl Jessica who had tears in her eyes as well as a look of terror on her face. She looked sweaty but disheveled. "Help please!" she panted.
Thinking, this girl looks in terrible danger should he help her or not?
