Nothing happens...at first

Nothing happened, so Vanilla and Cream just shrugged it off as nothing. Then Vanilla remembered she was having dinner alone because Cream and Cheese were going to Amy Rose's house. Then she told them it was time to go and they left. Then suddenly Vanilla felt light headed and passed out. How does she wake up?
