Water! Our bodies are more water than anything else, so it's pretty obvious you need a good amount of it.

Knuckles was out of the habit of drinking water often, so he decided to go to a nearby cool stream. He bends down, takes a glove off and dips the hand into the water, then lifts it up to his mouth and takes a sip.

What does Knuckles think of the stream water?
