"Oh yeah, we got tons udduhstuff," the clerk answered as he reached beneath the counter and brought up some canisters of different flavor protein powder. "We got strauwberry, chocklitt, and vanilluh, but I can special order you the other flavuhs."
Knuckles, being the fruitophile he is, says, "I'll take the strawberry. Anything I need to know about this stuff?"
"Yeah, you put this in a shake with other stuff you like, stuff with lots of calories like half and half and ice cream, nowum saiyan? Some peanut butter would be nice too, all stuff with some good protein, yinno?"
Knuckles felt leery of the idea of having to eat such high calorie stuff to bulk up, but hey, what it takes to bulk up, right? "I'll have two."
The clerk pressed buttons on the register until it dinged. "That'll be sebbentenn fiftyfoerh."
Knuckles pulled out a 20 dollar bill out of his dreads and gave it to the clerk. "Keep the change."
The clerk thanked Knuckles, and Knuckles went out the door with his two jugs of protein shake. The clerk suddenly piped up, "Oh right, you'll have to do some reeeal weight liftin' to make those calories stick to your muscles and not to your hips, yin-" But by then Knuckles had already closed the door and left.

Knuckles went to the supermarket and walked into the ice cream section and stopped. He normally bought fruit sherbet, but he was in for some real pumping up and every morsel had to be as chocked full of calories as it could be.
After putting in a couple tubs of ice cream in his cart, he passed the fruit section. "Nope, gotta get buff," he thought to himself, and went down to the pastry isle, where he got jelly filled donuts. Passed the oatmeal, got chips, passed the vegetables, got cakes on sale.
As he pushed his stuffed cart down to the check out isle, he whipped out his store membership card out of his dreads, a card that gives you more discount per purchase the more you shop at the store. He was going to be taking advantage of this, a lot.

He ate his food as he watched over the Master Emerald. Sitting in one place doing nothing all day can be insanely boring, so Knuckles had a lot of bored time to use up eating.
He didn't want to use up his protein powder too quickly, so he used mostly ice cream and stuff in his protein shakes. By the end of the day he had finished one tub of ice cream, all but one of the donuts, all of the chips, and was finishing the last of his cake when he saw that his second tub of ice cream had melted, so he chugged that down before finishing his last donut.
Knuckles looked down at his big, full stomach that stuck out about 7 inches from his body. He gave it a rub and fantasized about how buff he would be soon. He layed there in ecstasy as he dozed off in the moonlight.  | Members who added to this interactive story also contributed to these: |
