You wheel your bike into John's front yard and ring the doorbell, holding the gift-wrapped deluxe hampster's cage you bought for his pet hampster in your hands. The walls are almost vibrating with the force of the pumped up r&b music playing inside, and the laughing and shouting of young male voices adds to the racket. The door handle turns, and in the split second before it opens, your body shudders and stings all over as you shrink down to only inches tall. The door swings open and you look up to see your monolithic best friend, John, leaning on the doorframe and gazing around the yard, confused. His eyes eventually spot the brightly wrapped gift, which fell to the ground as you shrunk and is now a thousand times your size. As John eagerly bends to scoop the package up, his eyes sweep over you.. And his face lights up with glee. "Oh my GOD, dude! How did you know??" He beams down at you. You only stare back at him, confused now on so many levels. "How did you know I wanted a human pet for my birthday, man??
