Following the path

You want to get out of there as quickly as possible so you decide to take the path. Sooner or later it will take you to a place where you can find help... at least you hope so.
Even at your size, it is quite easy to follow the path due to the fact that there are no more obstacles in your way, so you proceed faster than you thought you would.
After some time, you have the strange feeling of being observed by someone or something. You try to proceed even faster but as you suddenly hear the breaking of branches from somewhere beyond the path, you instantly stand still.
Is there something following you or was it just a coincident... maybe the wind?

You have the following choices:

1. Go check it out, you'll feel safer when you know what it is.

2. Better get away quickly!
