A loud screech breaks the silence and you instinctively flinch and look around carefully. You see a bird flying down from one of the trees surrounding the ruins... "a pretty big bird", you notice on a second look and finally, you recognize the animal as a falcon.
Still standing on the rock on which you climbed before (what makes you an easy target by the way), you watch the falcon approaching and too late you notice that it is heading straight for you!
Shocked by this new and frightening fact, you try to jump off the rock but it is a matter of fact that falcons are fast. Very fast. Seconds later, you find yourself in the birds talons, ascending high into the air. Panic overcomes you and you don't know what to do... if you struggle against the falcons grip and it drops you, you are doomed for sure and if you just hold still and do nothing, you'll probably end up as food for the great bird.
In fact, there is nothing you can do at all. Your flight is over again after a few seconds as the falcon heads for the old tower to land on its top.
Shortly before it lands, it abruptly releases you and you hit the ground. Feeling dizzy from the flight and the impact, you try to get on your feet as quickly as possible but of course, the falcon did not lose its interest in you.
Once again, you are knocked off your feet as it takes you into its sharp beak and lifts you up in the air.
Now being in the birds beak with your feet still hanging out, you totally panic and start kicking and screaming. It does not help you at all. The falcon tips its head back a couple of times to bring you entirely into its beak and then, with a quick gulp, it swallows you whole and alive.
You quickly slide down its throat and land in its stomach where you keep on struggeling, not willing to accept your fate. Your screams are heard through the birds feathers but of course there is no one to hear them but the falcon itself.
You are completely exhausted, your head is spinning and after some time, you pass out.
The falcon meanwhile has left the tower again and flies back to the forest. While digesting you, it returns to its favourite tree to wait for the next careless prey.
