What did Kevin want to eat for lunch.....

"What do you mean?" Kevin said nervously.
"I mean, what do you want to eat?" Amy said. Kevin sighed with relief and said:
"A hamburger will do." Amy got him one and sat down. Sarah then leaned into his ear.
"It won't be long till you end up in our bellies" she said, whispering. Kevin hesitated and ate his hamburger.
That night, Kevin was asleep. He woke up suddenly to find . . .
