You look up to see the giant womanhood of the cow, as you would expect from a cow.

You climb up the ladder to get a closer look at the backside of the cow, since it is were the ladder itself is leading.

After a good 5 minutes of climbing, you finally reach the top, to where you see the giant vagina you saw earlier, which up close looks like it could fit a bus, but also you look up a little more and see a gigantic anus, which can probably swallow you with ease.
