Zidane chuckled as he tossed the very expensive and very hard-to-nab ruby up in the air, catching it as it fell back down. He was home again, as much as a thief like him could be said to have a home but he knew he wouldn't be able to resist returning to Alexandria just as much as he knew he wouldn't be able to live there permanently.
This latest mission had taken nearly a month to complete and he was anxious to see Garnet again. As he walked up the spiral staircase to the throne room, he smiled as he imagined her greeting hug. They were always so full of life. Of course the fact that she pressed her breasts practically right into his face was not factoring in his head at all.
As he winked at Steiner, who was guarding the door with Beatrix, he practically strutted before the throne.
His Garnet was there, in all her majesty.
Maybe a bit more majesty as he glanced at her body. Her face was a bit rounder, her middle as well, and when she stood up to come closer to him he could tell that her rear was taking up more and more of her wide dress.
As he opened his arm to receive a hug, she nearly bowled him over, kissing him fiercely.
Luckily they were alone or else Garnet would have had to put off such an emotional display until later. And as her breasts came into contact with his skin he was delighted to discover that they were much rounder as well.
Still he wondered if Garnet was okay, as this sudden expansion was odd.
