How quickly or slowly she becomes him mentally depends on how much chakra he puts in her, and her own chakra level and willpower to resist. It is possible to fight it off if her willpower and chakra are strong enough, but any change won't be reversed. If a girl knows he is doing this, she can use her chakra to help speed it up if she wants to.
4. He gains the ability to turn into a foot long slug-like creature. He can enter a girl's body through her vagina, and once he takes control, he automatically absorbs her mind and memories. If he leaves her body, she will be an empty shell, unmoving and unresponsive, unless he or a Shadow Clone of his is inside of her, piloting her. Any Shadow Clone inside of a girl will not disperse while in there. He won't know about the absorption of a girl's mind, and the turning her into an empty shell, until leaving her body, but the transformation will alter him to enjoy it. If he were to, say, do this to someone like Hinata, he would feel guilty about doing this to her if she didn't know and give her approval, since she has been kind to him, but the feeling he gets would keep him from feeling regretful enough not to take advantage.
