Naruto was finally at his apartment after the Mizuki incident. Gramps Hokage didn't revoke Iruka's Field Promotion, but decided to legitimize it. The Team Selections was delayed by a week to rework the team formations with Naruto added into the pool. With 27 instead of 26, the Genin Pool didn't need to be touched, hence the delay.
Naruto looked at the small scroll in his hands. He found it inside the Sealing Scroll. The inscription next to the seal was that only an Uzumaki could retrieve this scroll. So, Naruto used some of his blood. His name was Uzumaki, so the worst it could do was nothing. To his surprise, this scroll was revealed to him with a message to not show it to anyone, so he didn't. Even Gramps, with all his insight, didn't know about this scroll or that he had it. Within the "relative" safety of his apartment, he opened the scroll to find a Jutsu. It was called the Skinsuit Jutsu was used for infiltration during the past wars to keep the Hidden Whirlpool Village safe. The jutsu worked by causing chakra to cover his pointer fingers, and upon using one to poke a girl on the back of the neck, it would cause a hole to appear, which would deflate the girl by leaking out air. Unfortunately, someone got compromised and the Whirlpool Village fell.
Now, the Jutsu was in Naruto's hands, and combining this with his Shadow Clone Jutsu would allow him to take over anyone he wanted. He decided his first target would be the his Crush, Sakura Haruno. He studied the Scroll far more than he ever did class, given his chances of learning were slim and sabotaged whenever he did put in effort. Learning the ins and outs of this, he was ready.
The next day, he met up with Konohamaru, who took a shine to him and became his self proclaimed rival. He was a good kid, so he didn't argue, and instead invited the challenge.
Now, he had a free day to find Sakura and use this Jutsu on her.
