"Look, I'm just saying that it's hard to get! Besides, aren't dragons supposed to be meat eaters, so how come you like honey?"
"We've been over this! Meat's fine and dandy, but it gets boring! You can never have too much honey!"
The two brothers were having a pleasant conversation, when they finally reached their house. Their parents were on the front porch, their father tapping his foot and their mother knitting something, probably a scarf of some sort. The boys' father came up to them, an upset look on his face. "What have you boys been up to? I've told you time and time again, this scam of yours is going to go awry one of these days!"
Both boys hung their heads. They knew what they were doing was putting them both in danger. Especially, the young dragon.
Their mom took the time to speak up. "Now boys, while I know this isn't safe, I admire how hard you're working to help us get through these hard times. Now, Jeffery, you should care more about your brother's safety, and Marcus, you shouldn't listen to all of your brother's hair brained schemes." Here, she stood up and walked over to both boys.
Both boys spoke in unison, "Yes Mom."
With that, the two ran off to the nearby river to get cleaned up. They were a huge mess!
