You decided to rest by the entrance. The sounds and lights might wake you, but it is better than venturing down that large, dark cave. You found a dry spot on a rocky shelf. There were other places too, but that was the dryest and best accessible place you could find at the moment.
You sweeped your arm over the surface to remove the pebbles and rocks that lied on the shelf, then got yourself on it and lied down. You curled up and hoped for some shut-eye, which you luckily got, even with the lightining and thunder trying it's best to keep you awake.
You sleep for a good while, your headache gone and the sound of rain and thunder gone. You yawn and stretch out and look around you.
