Starts to play baby doll with you

"OH!! You are the cutest wittle baby ever! Yes you are! Yes you are!!" Your sister coos loudly in your face, as you wince away, unable to escape her strong arms. She takes you over to a doll changing table and lays you down, you try to get up but she pins you down with one hand, grabbing a diaper with her other.
"SARAH NO! I am not your toy or your baby not let me GO!" You kick your legs desperately, but nothing happens. Sarah smiles evilly and continues to diaper you, securing the diaper in place.
"There we go. Now, come on baby, we're going to Auntie Milly's house." You continue squirming and Sarah picks you up to her face,
"That's enough! If you aren't a good baby I will spank you hard! Now be still so we can go see Milly!"
Dread fills your stomach, Milly was Sarah's best friend, who was also a baby doll maniac. Sarah picks you up and grabs a baby blanket, wrapping you up so that you can't move your arms or legs.
"There we go." Sarah grabs a diaper bag full of doll clothes and diapers and leaves the house. Walking down the street to her friend Milly's house, she goes up to the front door and rings the bell.....
