You never gave much thought to her anal hygiene before, but now it has become a matter that concerns you greatly. Nothing you can do about that, though. Your options are to either simply suffer in this hell, or try to find some way out.
Fortunately, you remember you still have two devices in your pockets which may be of some use. One of those objects is your cellphone, which you could use to call for help; the other object is none other than your trusty shrink-ray. With the shrink-ray, maybe you could either grow yourself out of your sister's ass, or try shrinking her until she is your size? There's a lot of decisions and possibilities here...
