Tifa finds a materia ball on the floor and she then uses it, to see the effect, she wonders why her chest starts to feel tight but then finds out that her boobs were getting bigger, she cupped her breasts, rubbing and squeezing them, wondering if her slowly growing breasts would ever stop. When they got to the size of basket-balls, they stopped, but...
