Once Laura opened her eyes, she immediately fell to the ground, landing right on her butt. She tried to stand up on her feet once again, but felt herself slipping more and more. Laura didn't know it yet, but her feet were shrinking! Still wearing her socks and shoes, it didn't take long for the woman's dainty feet to fall off of them, leading to a very confused woman.
Her feet now no bigger than an inch tall, Laura had to scoot on her butt and on her knees to get up to her room to see what happened to her. It was a lot harder than she thought, and it was times like these that she wished her room wasn't so far away from the staircase. When she made it to her room, she somewhat jumped on her knees all the way to her mirror (which, thankfully, was on the floor). Laura turned her back on the mirror and was horrified of her tiny feet.
"Oh my gosh! How am I supposed to walk now!?" the sad girl sighed to herself as she felt another sneeze coming on. Already on the verge of crying as it is, Laura secretly hoped that her shrinking would be delayed somewhat until she could tell her parents, brother, or boyfriend what happened to her. But was fate nice to the 19 year-old woman, or did it simply laugh at her face?
