As Laura sneezed into her hands (which was polite to do, as she was always taught), she immediately felt as though she had sneezed them off, for they suddenly felt weightless, yet still felt attached to her body. "Huh?" she said in reaction this feeling. Still blinking from the after effects of the sneeze, Laura brought her hands up to her face and let out a scream.
Her hands... somehow they were less than half the size they were before! They looked like they belonged to a little kindergarten student, yet they were still attached to her full sized wrists and arms. The entire appearance of her shrunken hands attached to her full sized arms was quite grotesque, and it certainly didn't help calm down the already panicked girl.
"Oh no? What am I gonna do? How will I go through life like this? What will people think? How'd they get like this? How can I get them back to normal? How...Oh, what do I do, what do I do?" Questions were swirling around in Laura's mind like a whirlwind. Too much of the unexpected had happened all at once, so naturally she found herself at a loss for what to do.
