Jake had just finished a shoot for The Wizards Of Waverly Place. The episode was about Jake using a spell to try to grow some muscle on him. The twist was that the spell backfired and Jake accidentally made himself gain 25 lbs. His fake belly had been made of the same stuff as a fat suit.
The episode ended and Jake had to take off the "belly." After a while, he started wanting to put it back on. He realized that he liked the feeling of having the extra mass hanging off of his stomach. He'd even become slightly turned on from the feeling.
Jake looked down at his flat stomach and wished the "magic" he used in the show was real so he could use it to make himself chubbier. He decided then that he would eat twice as much as he normally did so he would grow.
