Naruto finds Tsunade in her private hot bath

Naruto runs by a door and sees some steam and hearing some noises coming out of it. Walking underneath the bottom of the door, which is at least ten times the height of him, he moves onto the bathroom tile. As soon as he walks in the first thing he sees is the extremely massive form of Tsunade, who is getting undressed with her front to him. She just finished taking off her outer clothes and throwing them off to the side.

Tsunade starts walking towards the hot bath and Naruto runs after her so he can get to her and get her attention. Tsunade steps over to the bath and dives in with a tidal wave splash.

Tsunade's body is still rising from the bath like a giant whale coming up to the surface. Tsunade's mountain of a breast now is halfway out of the water.
Naruto goes over to the edge of her nipple and looks down and slips and falls off. He falls off her nipple and lands on her breast and proceeds to slide down her breast eventually landing in the water between them. Tsunade finishes coming out of the water, her body just floating and relaxing in it. Naruto can only stare in awe from his position in the valley between her mountainous breasts, staring up at them.
