Tsunade grow;Naruto shocked

Naruto sees Tsunade taking a dip in the hot springs so he decides to go over to her and try to get her attention so he runs where she is and jumps at her, but misses and falls into the hot springs.

Naruto swims over to Tsunade and is about to start climbing her when he notices that she is growing very tall. After she stopped growing she was about 2 miles tall and Naruto is freaking out because now he has to climb all the way up her now or he could go and find someone else...
