"Ah... my head..." You groan as you lean up, not at first noticing your voice, but soon noticing that you are wearing some weird dress, and you see that a staff is beside you. You pick up the staff. "What happened to me?" You wonder. "Last thing I remember was..."
-earlier-
You had just gotten home from school and decided to play Final Fantasy X. You inserted the game and began to play as you selected New Game.
You played for a while, but you suddenly felt weird for some strange reason, you saved your game which happened to be when Tidus and Rikku were about to dive down to begin the mission that they were given to allow Tidus to stay aboard the ship. You went to lie down on your bed, hoping that a nice nap would make things better. You began to lie down and then started to fall asleep, but as your eyes were finally closing, you could see something a tad weird, your hand had begun to turn into water. You thought that your mind was just playing a trick on you and you continued to fall asleep, unknowing as your body turned into water and then made its way into your TV, which was playing Final Fantasy X, which you had forgotten to shut off.
You landed on the ship as a puddle of water, then you slipped off and landed in the ocean right as Tidus and Rikku dove into it, and you began to drift until you washed upon the ground in a very familiar, but odd place, a place known as Besaid Island. 'Wait...where am I? Is this a dream?' You wondered, noticing that you couldn't talk as you were. Your answer came as you began searching around, until you eventually came into the clearing with the Save Spear, and you saw a very familiar face. 'Yuna?! But she can't be here...wait this is all just a dream!' You thought, and you would have sighed to yourself in relief, but two things stopped you, one, the inability to do so in liquid form, and two, something told you that that was no dream.
Yuna heard you moving around, then she turned towards you, and she began to walk towards you. "Hello is there someone there? Don't be afraid. I'm not a fiend." Yuna said in her usual tone, thinking that you were a lost child. Instinctively, you suddenly jumped out of your hiding spot, showing yourself to Yuna. You then began and moving towards her. "Huh what's with that water?" Yuna then gasped as you speed up and landed on her, followed by you forcing your way into her body via every open (Ears, nose, mouth, ext...).
-current time-
"Oh yeah that is what happened." You say to yourself with Yuna's voice. "Oh, and apparently I am in Besaid now." You stay calm as you head back to the village. You walk towards the village, wondering when exactly Yuna would be going to attempt to become a summoner. In the village you see a few familiar faces I.E. Lulu's and Kimahri's.
"Yuna? Are you ready to become a summoner?" Lulu asks, looking at you.
'Well, that answers that question.' You think, referring to how you wondering when she was going to go and become a summoner earlier. "I'm ready, I will become a summoner!" You say with a smile and a nod as you enter the temple trials section.
"Alright, time to go in then." Lulu replies.
'Hmm.' You begin thinking. 'Who knows when I'll get the chance to think things through again and figure out what's happening... Yuna's stubborn enough that I could probably convince them that I'm her, just wanting to prove herself by going it alone for this temple if I try hard enough.'
