Quickly a nearby a bud opens with a snap, its toothy maw glistening in the sunlight. You watch as your rival drags her into its maw and begins swallowing her. She struggles greatly but eventually you watch her feet slip in and bulb close as you see a struggling form slowly move down its stock. You watch her sink out of sight under the earth and watch the other Doppleganger begin to pulsate to begin digestion. Frustrated you settle back in for a wait.
