As an official breast examiner and a vocal proponent of breast implants, you are asked this question nearly ever session. No matter their age or standing, your female visitors always seem to seek out your professional opinion on the matter. An ethical doctor would have honestly judged their body shape and proportionality, determining whether or not implants would have even looked right on the individual woman's body.
But you are not an ethical doctor. The whole reason you got into this profession was because of your love for large, female tits. No matter who it was, you always seem to recommend that the girls go big or go home, pushing them towards a massive set of EE cup implants. Most of your patients have fallen for this trap, leaving your office with watermelon sized balls of plastic stuffed in their breasts. Today, hopefully, will be no different.
"Well, going by your body type, I feel an EE cup would be best. Your frame seems strong enough to carry such a massive load," you explain.
Misty looks down, prodding her moderate c-cup bosom. Her breasts were already considered larger than average for most girls. She can barely imagine what it'll be like to be far bustier than she already is.
"If you say so, doctor. How exactly are you going to do this, though?"
They are a few ways of giving her a larger set of tits. There is, of course, your standard method of giving her implants. It'll take an hour long surgery, but it is the method you are most familiar with. Secondly, you can try to manipulate the size machine to enhance her chest size. It is a bit risky, but if it can grow you back, perhaps it can grow her.
Finally, there's a third method you heard of. With the advent of the shrinking technology, you've heard tales of doctors who've forced themselves into their patients' nipples and into their mammary ducts. From there, they would supposedly engage in some sort of procedure that would naturally induce the subjects breasts to grow. A risky gambit, but perhaps one worth researching.
