A Bad Case of Stinky Feet

Before you have more time to think, Jen walks in. She is your newest patient and this is the first tine that you are seeing her. The first thing you notice is the snell, Jen set up an appointment, complaining that she has a terrible foot odor. You have had other patients with bromodosis, but she is the worst case you have smelled. The aroma of Cheetos and vinegar is filling your nose, making you gag.
All you can see are her black sandals coming for you. As you prepare to be stepped on, you see her right foot stop right in front of you, before she takes a seat. She undoes the buckles on her sandals, allowing them to fall freely to the floor, just missing you. You can see a number printed on the iside of the heel, size fifteen.
You look up at her massive feet, a size fifteen is sizable enough, but at your current size they are massive. She is curling her long, slender toes, her soles wrinkling each and every time, humming out of boredom. She starts to look around, wondering where you are.
