Baby Doll was sitting in a waiting room drinking a bottle of red wine thinking about how in just a year her life changed so dramatically. First she was an inmate at Arkham, then she was freed by her one time crime partner Killer Croc, who was then calling himself King Croc because he was on his way to being the head of Gotham's underworld. He then offered for her to be his Queen which she jumped at the chance. And then after a year of being the two most powerful crime bosses in the city she and King Croc were now about to become members of the Fat Justice League.
Her change from mob boss to superhero all started with her meeting with ex-villain Poison Ivy and getting convinced that Croc needed help do to his decaying mental health. Later that same day she meet with her most trusted officers to discuss the plan of getting rid of all the other crime bosses so they would have no one trying to muscle in once Croc left. Lucky for them all of the crime bosses men were more loyal to Baby Doll and King Croc than the ones who were paying them, because in reality all the crime bosses served the two of them. She was also able to convince them that Croc needed treatment and if left uncheck he would have become a danger to them all. So they agreed to help her drug and secure their one time king so that they could hand over to the FJL for treatment.
Over the next two weeks Baby Doll set everything up, she got the police the evidence they needed, she gave the orders her men needed, and she was able to keep King Croc in the dark, as well as the rest of the gang for fear that they would tell him and he would fight back. That was part of the agreement she made with Poison Ivy, if Croc put up a fight and people got hurt they would be forced to eat him. So she did everything in her power to make sure it all worked out and that no one on ether side got hurt.
Then the big day came, the first thing that happen was that Baby Doll placed sleeping pills in Croc's breakfast, once a sleep the officer who had agreed to help her rushed in and tied him to stretcher with iron chains. With Croc still asleep they went to were they were meeting members of the FJL to pick the two of them up. After they were sure their old boss was safe the mobsters moved into position to seas power once the old crime lords were arrested by the cops so there would be no power vacuum to fill. At that same moment Gordon was leading his men to all the different hide outs of those same crime lords arresting them and their high ranking officers.
While all this was happening Baby Doll and Killer Croc were being taken to a FJL base right out side of Gotham so Croc could have the brain surgery that Poison Ivy promised. After Croc woke up in a few days and had gotten use to his new life, Baby Doll would then begin her own treatment of hormones and chemical V which would make her look like an adult woman. Because of the interacting of chemicals Baby Doll would not be able to eat people like the other female superheroes could. But who cares, she would finally be an adult woman. She would no longer be seen as a little girl, no longer would people ask if she had lost her mommy, she could ware sexy clothing with out looking like a kid playing dress up, and more importantly she could have sex. For her entire life she was denied the ability to feel physically attractive to someone, to want them on the most basic and primitive level. Maybe that was one of the reasons she was first drawn to Killer Croc, he was deeply in touched with his animal side in ways Baby Doll could only dream off.
Speaking of Killer Croc, it had been over a day since he went into the operating room and she had hear nothing. The closest thing she had to comfort was when CatWoman and Harley Quin tried to comfort her with kind words and the bottle of wine. She told them to shut up or she was going break the wine bottle over there fat heads. They decided it was best that they left, but they did leave the bottle and a blanket. "If something has happen to my Killer Croc I swear I am going to blow up the Watch Tower, then make Poison Ivy watch as kill Harley Quin from inside her stomach with a butcher knife." Mumbled the drunken Baby Doll before taking one last swig from the wine bottle only to find it was empty, she then collapsed into a drunken sleep with dreams of her being an adult and making love to Killer Croc.
