You quickly needed to think of a response to keep up your cover and suddenly blurted out:

"Uh, mom, of course I have boobs, and you not. That's the way nature works... do you feel ill or something? Since you are acting strange..."

Surprised by how convincing your act sounded, you hoped that she would take it as a bad dream or something. Puzzled by your answer, your mom then replies...
