You instantly protest with your mousy, little, cute voice, "Hey, turn me back, I am not a little girl!"
Sarah just keeps getting closer. "What are you talking about Bonnie? You've always been my little sister. Just look at the cute little pose you're in" You look down and notice that you've even standing like a little girl, with your legs together and you arms pressed against your chest. "And now we're going to play your favorite game." She grins evilly and uses her device to conjure up a pack of ice cubes.
Your fear resides a bit as you wonder what she could do with them, but then Sarah pounces on you and knocks you down.
"Hey, get off Sarah!" you squeal, noticing how she is a lot heavier now. She doesn't say anything, but takes an ice cube and opens the back of your shirt. She slips it in and you shriek and arc your back in. The little cubes sticks at first, but then melts and slides along your back. Your shirt is too tight to let it slip out.
The frozen cube makes you flinch you much that you throw Sarah off and leap up. You madly run off trying to get away, but Sarah hits you with the beam again. You suddenly find that you can't run as fast, and you're running posture has become extremely [stereotypically] girly.
"Huh? Why.. am I... out of breath..." you gasp, "already?" The sounds of footsteps lightly tapping the ground grows louder behind you.
"You never were an athletic girl Bonnie, you're more of the weak girly type, hehe."
Sarah is skipping along and easily keeping up, the pack of ice cubes still in hand. You manage to run a bit more, but the the cube in your shirt finally melts enough to fall into your panties, which it starts to feel very cold and wet. You feel really uncomfortable with your cold panties, and lose your footing and trip. Sarah immediately pins you again.
