After a week of vacation, Sakura had grown accustomed to waking up at noon and lounging around the house while her parents were away with missions. Her new favorite spot, instead of training with Tsunade in the hospital, was now watching TV in her favorite spot with a bag of sweets nearby. She had fully memorized the schedule of her favorite TV channels, the remote was kept at a comfortable distance away, and she only really had to get up to get some food or use the bathroom, life was sweet!
Of course, a consequence of eating and lounging around all day (of course) is weight gain, once a great fear of the young ninja. Since Sakura spent most of her time on her ass, it grew pretty big, taking up almost all of the 10 pounds she had gained this week. She had noticed a slight tug in her clothes, but dismissed it as nothing, "It's only a figment of my imagination" she'd say. She'd grown so accustomed to her new way of life, that she hadn't left the house all week!
Today, exactly one week after Tsunade had assigned her for a break, Sakura had just settled into her favorite position on the couch (laying down with her body facing the TV, a bag of candy on the couch next to her belly) when-
