Celina, now maalai, was now used to her new body. Haruna, alissa was playing around with her magic. Rebecca, now Catina or Catty, was stroking her new tail. Rene was reading the map. And Kyoko, Galades, was up front.
"How far till the next town Rene?" Maalai asked
"Now really sure celina, we might see it after we get out of the forest" she answered
"Rene, call me maalai, it's part of the role playing fun"

Just then a woman jumped out of the bushes 20 yards ahead, she was being chased by a rather large bear
"HELP! SOMEONE!" She cried as she ran towards the group
"Yes, our first fight. Ok girls let's rock!" Galades unsheathed her blades and rushed the bear, maalai followed behind. Rene was trying to use her bow, but her lack of experience made her slow. Catty was watching the girls while alissa was charging her magic.
Though all his was quickly taken care of after gala and maalai stabbed the bear...and disappeared leaving a white sack on the ground.
"Thank you so much, heroes" the woman said. She was dressed in a brown tunic and tights. Her breasts were B cups and her build was average.
"Uhh, no problem, that was easy" maalai said
"These woods have been dangerous as of late, the wildlife has grown large and aggressive." She said
"Any idea why?" Alissa asked
"I don't know, I was investigating, but the equipment I brought was either destroyed or left behind because of that bear"
"Hmm maybe we can help. Lead the way and we'll protect you" maalai said with confidence
"Really? I was going to go back to the village and recruit some of the militia, it's just over the hill." She pointed down the road
"Just a second" Galades motioned the group for a meeting "this sounds like a side quest, we could either be her bodyguards or head to the village"
"Don't we have a letter to deliver?" Rene said
"Yeah but look at the quest information, it says its duration is unlimited, we can do it anytime" Alissa pointed out
"I say we do help now, it'll be a good experience" maalai said
