Nothing but a swim diaper

You were unsure where you sister had got her hands on either diaper option but knowing what you did a boy regular diapers and water you opted for the swim diaper. As Sarah helped you into it, you found it to be curiously well sized for your (and by extension her) body shape. You are then sent out to the pool area on your own while Sarah gets changed

You have the following choices:

*Pen*
1. You are the only one in diapers

2. One or more of the girls is in a swim diaper
