"... Of course!..." Bart said, trying to hide a grin He knew that Kang nor Kodos had the stature to give HIM demands! He would have fun with All the people, killing some, and torturing others. Next Bart would declare himself ruler. He knew from his history class that he'd be just like Julius Caeser. To declare himself ruler, he learned that he needed to get rid of Kang and Kodos. Bart chuckled, because he knew just how to do it!!
