Homer is frozen as Bart is searching around the room for the source of the sound. He starts to sweat and whimper when Bart’s eyes seem to lock onto him. Bart then appears to go looking under the bed.
“Phew!” Homer sighed.
“AHA!” Bart popped up from his crouch. “Well, well, well! What do we have here!? If it isn’t the big, dumb idiot! Well, not so big anymore. So just a dumb idiot.”
“Why you little-“ Homer exclaimed as he went to reach out to grab his son, he was reminded of the size disparity between the two of them. He sunk back and started to twiddle his hands.
“Were you about to choke me!?” Bart accused.
“No! I swear I was jus-“
“Alright! Lemme tell you what I’m gonna do!” Bart reached out and grabbed Homer, his fingers wrapping around him in a tight embrace. “You’re not-“ Bart squeezed as Homer screamed, “gonna choke me-“ another squeeze “anymore!” Another. Homer is breathing heavily, trying to regain his breath, but he feels a sharp pain in his side. A cracked rib. Just as he’s about to respond, the hardest squeeze yet as Bart, staring daggers at his father, pulled him closer to his mouth, “I SAID… GOT IT!?”
Homer, defeated, nodded his head. Even this caused him pain. “So can you turn me back boy? Make me my normal size?”
“Well, I dunno how to do that!”
“D’oh!”
“Buuuu-uuut… I know a couple games we could play!”
Homer didn’t like this suggestion. He knew how roughly his son… played. Before Homer could offer his input, Bart whisked him away to his bedroom.
As they entered, Homer looked around. Strewn all over the floor were pieces of old toys. Some of them were in half, some of them were in tiny, unrecognizable pieces. Games, he thought to himself I’m not sure if I could survive the games he has in mind!
“Hey boy! Why don’t we play a game of hide and seek!?”
