Climbing the bulge

You decide the best way to get his attention is to climb up to his ear. You walk over to the bulge and grab the fabric of your little brothers swimsuit. You slowly begin to work your way up his swimsuit using the fabrics as footholds and points to grab onto. You eventually make it to the top of his waist where the opening to his swimsuit. This is the perfect opportunity to rest if you want to.
