Right under his crotch

You can hardly brace yourself as you see the crotch of your little brother descend right on top of you. Not being able to run away, you get trapped directly under his balls. Thankfully they were soft, otherwise you would be in a painful situation right now.

There’s really only a few things to do. You could struggle to get out and get his attention by either escaping or pleasuring him, you could crawl into his swimsuit and go from there, or you can sit and wait.
