She offers to help get you put back in diapers

"How about I help you get put back into diapers?" she suggests.

"What?" you ask. "How?"

"Pretend to have an accident tonight." she says. "It'll tell mom that you have a bed-wetting problem and suggest that she make you wear diapers next time you sleep over."

"You think it'll work?" you ask.

"Yeah." she says. "I'll convince her."

So you make sure that you drink lots of water before you go to sleep. As expected, you wake up in the middle of the night with a full bladder.

You look over at Sara and find her still asleep. It's now or never, you relax and let the pee stream out between your legs, it soaks through your panties and pajamas and into your sleeping bag.

When you are finished you fall asleep again. You wake to find Sara's mother standing over you. "Danielle." she says. "Are you feeling okay?"

"Yeah." you say. "Why?"

"You've had an accident in your sleep honey." she says.

"What?" you try to act surprised. "Oh no. I'm really sorry."

"Don't worry about it." she says. "I'll clean this up. You go get into the shower."
