An untested formula was an untested formula. Regardless of whatever your research had lead you to believe. How had you even determined that this stuff would make you a god anyway? Now that you thought about it, what had really gone into it. It felt like you couldn't remember. Perhaps as soon as you downed this mouthful of home made pepsi, you would visit a head doctor and determine exactly what in the world was wrong with you.

You lift the jar to your mouth, staring at it a moment before tilting your head back. The taste is foul, and stings your tongue with the kind of power a sour candy would possess. As soon as your mouth is full, you swallow, placing the jar back on the table and wiping your mouth with a sleeve of your coat.

You stand still, hoping against hope......

Nothing. After a few minutes you sigh, turning towards the door. Then it hits you like a ton of bricks. your hair stands on end, electricity seeming to run through you. You let a bellow of surprise resound through the room as you are ripped from the floor. You fly higher and higher into the air, images racing through your mind. Your home town, your state, the US, north america, the planet, the solar system, the galaxy, your view continues to sweep until you observe the universe as a whole, a small pin prick of light in a black vastness. More voices than you can count suddenly well up in your head, some louder than others. All scream at you. Of needs, of injustices, of wants. All of existence seems to call out to you, it's new master. The sheer scope of it shakes you to your core, you can't help but feel a bit over whelmed. You focus your mind, bringing your view back to the planet earth. This would have to do for now.

You awaken on the floor, groaning as you sit up. Your head hurts, but there is no sign of physical trauma from falling from the ceiling. That charged feeling still runs through your body. You feel invincible as soon as you get on your feet. What you saw was the first of many powers. Omnipotence. What you've just seen has inspired you...
