In least than a second, the changes begin to happen.
Sara sees her body age quickly before her eyes, going through all the left stages of puberty to set around her 20s.
Her waist becomes really thin, her breast grow into a pair of double Ds, her legs lenghten, her lips and her ass get really plump, her hair turns to blonde and her eyes become cerulean blue.
All her clothes torn in the process, she then examines herself, just to realize she now looks like a supermodel.
Meanwhile her twin goes through a very different transformation: his face begins to droop, his mouth becomes vertical and slips on the bottom of the lump slouching down his face.
The lump then starts to get a hourglass shape, his nostrils uniting, limbs sprouting from the top and bottom of the hourglass.
Eventually a full body forms from the hourglass, and other holes form on his face to replace his mouth and nose, that become the new body's vagina and belly button respectively.
In the end a body similar but not identical to his sister's formed in front of his original one. The new body is squatting down due to the height difference, while Simon's new reformed female face is expressing disconcert. In a worried girly voice he squeals "What the heck happened to me?!" while he covers his new naked body with his hands.
The moment of shock passed, Marta intervenes "Sara! Simon! Look at what you've done. Sara, put on some clothes and fix your brother"
Taking the occasion, Sara utters "Ok! Simon and I are now wearing the clothes I'm imagining right now and his face will detach from his original body" Before anybody could stop her, she spits out really fast "He'll.stay like this a whole week!"
Before the changes take place, Simon manages to yell "What??!"
His feminine face starts to shift, slowly extruding to separate his head in two parts. His hair and ears stay behind on his head, while the face part inflates on the back, gaining a set of ears and long flowy raven hair in the process. His original head does not gain any new facial features, the space occupied by his face is now all smooth skin.
Lastly, the clothes start to appear on Sara and Simon's female body.
