How else is the power activated?

When ever he thinks about a woman, he swaps clothes with them?

If he touches an article of clothing, it switches ownership with his equivalent, and if he touches a woman with they swap everything they are wearing at the time?

Maybe this power causes a change in him, causing him to envy women's clothing, either a particular style, or all of it, and if he wants it, is swaps.

Maybe if he hers a woman complain about clothing, he swaps with the nearest person to the one complaining wearing that article of clothing, and if someone complains about gender, he swaps entire wardrobes with them.

3. Swap though envy

4. Swap though complaints
