Beginning to notice results

Sam smiled, looking at the jar on the dresser. Dr. Rice hadn’t told him much about the pills. Truth was, Dr. Rice didn’t know how they’d result, just that they’d make Sam bigger. It had been a few hours now since Sam took his first dose. He had hoped he’d be feeling effects during his workout earlier, but no dice.

But now, as he began to absentmindedly rub his hand over his pecs, he realized…
