John was so tense with excitement that he wasn't feeling at all tired; even though by all rights he should have been.
After his big brother Frank's demonstration of his device the previous night he'd been unable to get a good night's sleep. As exciting and strange as the situation was, it also had a dreamlike, unreal quality to John. He had seen Frank use it to switch the dog and cat's heads, and heard his tale of doing the same thing to two hapless fellas earlier that day; but he still couldn't quite convince himself that any of it was actually really happening.
As he pulled into the Mall's parking lot he did his best to navigate the lanes of parked autos while looking for Frank's car.
After a few minutes of cruising and scanning, he finally spotted Frank's SUV and pulled into the spot next to it.
The brothers climbed out of their cars and started to walk toward the waiting Mall and it's unsuspecting patrons.
Patting a noticeable bulge in his coat pocket Frank smiled and said, "Well, are you ready to put this baby through it's paces brother of mine?"
"As ready as I'll ever be. I'm still having a hard time wrapping my mind around what I saw last night."
"Prepare to have that mind blown little bro...." Frank chuckled as they opened the large glass doors and went inside.
The two brothers walked over to a large "You are Here" sign so as to plan out their course of action.
